WOYT processes your personal data carefully, securely, and confidentially. We are committed to protecting your privacy. - On the basis of which principles do we use your data?
In order to be able to store and use your data, WOYT must have a basis. You can see this as a condition that is necessary to be allowed to process data. The basis (s) for us are:
- The data e-mail address, telephone number, account for the programs or other online offer and payment data are necessary for the execution of the agreement that has been entered into with you.
- The name and address details are sometimes necessary for sending an information package, which we will explicitly inform you about when registering.
- The (company) name and name and address details are necessary for compliance with legal obligations under tax law.
- We ask permission from you to send the e-book or checklist. You can always withdraw this permission.

- What is the retention period of my data
WOYT does not store your data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the goals for which it collected your data. The retention period (s) are:
- The data required to comply with the administrative obligations arising from legislation and regulations will be stored for 7 years after the invoice has been paid after completion of the assignment.
- In the case of digital services (downloads and online programs or other online offerings), a legal retention period of 10 years applies.
- The account you have created will remain in existence as long as you want. This account will be deleted immediately when you want the account deleted. For this you can contact us.
